Those subscribed to the Finance list will receive email alerts related to financial matters, including: monthly PCR statements, information related to annual financial returns, remuneration guidelines, ACNC updates, the quarterly About Your Invested Funds report, and any other ad hoc financial matters. At least one warden and typically the treasurer or bookkeeper are intended to subscribe to this list.

How you manage your subscription to this role will depend on your role:

Rectors

Rectors can add or remove themself or anyone in their parish, using the administration tab of the Parish Portal. More information is available here.

 

Wardens

Wardens can manage email preferences by signing in to the Parish Portal visiting My Profile.

 

Treasurers

Treasurers cannot unsubscribe from the Finance alert.

 

Book keepers and all other people

If you don't fall into one of the above groups, you can ask the rector of your parish (or parish administrator if they've been granted the appropriate access), to add you to the Finance role, using the instructions available here.
