Employment Relations Guidelines for Parishes

         

        SDS produces Employment Relations Guidelines to provide practical guidance to those in Anglican parishes who are responsible for employment matters.

        The Guidelines cover areas such as recruitment, wages, statutory entitlements, privacy, dealing with underperformance and misconduct, dismissal and discrimination.

        The Guidelines also feature templates for letters of appointment (or employment contracts) along with other sample human resources policies and resources.

        Each Parish has been issued with its own log-on ID and password for the Parish Extranet. If you are responsible for employment matters in your parish and do not know your parish log-on and password please consult your parish administrator.
