An Ordinance to amend the Elections Ordinance 1970.

Now the Synod of the Diocese of Sydney Ordains as follows -

Citation

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the “Elections Ordinance 1970 Amendment Ordinance 1996”.

Amendment of the 1970 Ordinance

2. Clause 18 of the Elections Ordinance 1970 is amended by deleting the words “or fewer”.
