If the Archbishop assents to the General Synod - Admission of Children to Holy Communion Canon 1985 Adopting Ordinance 1997 how will the Archbishop regulate the practice and procedure of admission of children to Holy Communion as allowed for under section 3 of the Canon?

To which the President replied -

The question is out of order under Standing Order 27 because it asks for a disclosure of future intentions. The matter is however under consideration.
